URI ADLER - ATAH (Courtesy: The Jewish Insights) Two years ago, was the 200th anniversary of the death of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berdichev zichrono l’vracha, who was known for finding good in each person. At that time caught Uri Adler found himself in one of the shuls in Yerushalayim, studying the sefarim, when an old crumbling book/sefer caught his eye. His curiosity grew when he discovered the sefer was full of sayings of the great tzadikim of earlier generations. One such saying that seemed simple but penetrating to the heart and soul was from Rabbi Levi Yitzchak, it is also what he used to sing: “B’Asher Eilech- Atah, B’Asher A’amod-Atah, shuv atah, rak atah, tamid atah “.
