veritable treasure of magnificent Jewish music originally published
in the United States during the period 1925-1955 has virtually disappeared
from print. Most of the selections found in this collection were published
by Chaim Kotylansky, noted folk music collector in 1954. Of particular
interest are the music and lyrics attributed to Rabbi Levi YitzchAk
of Berdichev. All selections are reprinted here with full piano accompaniment. |
